Hurt, Expand, Grow.
This piece was conceived during a period of separation. At first I did not understand why I was painting this, but soon realized what it represents. During these periods of hurt or pain, it is vital and essential to use this time to reflect on the positive and personal growth. Christ Comforting. I painted this peice for a fmaily member who had recently gone through the loss of her husband.
